The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants - Directorate General of Emigrants - organizes the Tenth Lebanese Emigrant
Youth Camp from July 16 to July 24, 2010. It includes a program of visits to all Lebanese regions and a stay in a summer
residence near Beirut. Participation forms and the program are available in the Lebanese embassies and consulates and on
our website: www.emigrants.gov.lb

تنظم وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين- المديرية العامة للمغتربين المخيم العاشر لشباب لبنان المغترب من 16 الى 24 تموز 2010. يتضمن البرنامج
زيارات الى كـافة المناطق اللبنانية مع الاقـامة في مصيف لبنـاني على مسافة قريبة من العـاصمة بيروت. يمكن الحصول على طلبـات الاشتراك

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants - Directorate General of Emigrants, organizes the Tenth Emigrant Youth Camp 2010
between the 16th and the 24th of july 2010, in an attempt to promote a better relationship between young Lebanese Emigrants
and their mother land, and to let them know better their country of origin its cultural, environmental features and tourist
sites in all the Lebanese provinces, through seminars and excursions that will be offered during the camp. Participants will
stay at the Ministry’s expenses; they will only pay their trip to Lebanon.

Conditions of Participation:

• Participants should be Lebanese or of Lebanese origin
• Their age should vary between 17 and 25 years
• They should be students of secondary or university level
• They must conform to the internal regulations of the camp : in terms of order, Discipline and program.
• The enclosed must be filled, signed and sent to the diplomatic missions, or directly to the Directorate General of Emigrants at the following :

• Enclose with the form two passport photographs and a photocopy of your passport.

Note: Priority is given to the first coming participants.

تعميم يتعلق بالاشتراك في المخيم العاشر لشباب لبنان المغترب

تنظم وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين - المديرية العامة للمغتربين ، المخيم العاشر لشباب لبنان المغترب من 16 إلى 24 تموز 2010 ، لتعزيز التواصل بين شباب لبنان المغترب ووطنهم الأم وتعريفهم على المعالم السياحية، البيئية والثقافية في المحافظات اللبنانية كافة، من خلال الرحلات والنشاطات التي ستنظم خلال فترة المخيم .
تقع كلفة الاقامة اثناء فترة المخيم على عاتق وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين الا ان تذكرة السفر الى لبنان والعودة منه تكون على حساب المشاركين في المخيم.

شروط الاشتراك في المخيم

• أن يكون المشترك لبنانيا أو متحدرا من أصل لبناني،
• أن يتراوح عمر المشترك بين 17 و25 عاما،
• أن يكون المشترك طالباً ثانوياً أو جامعياً أو خريجاً من احدى الجامعات،
• أن يتقيد المشترك بالنظام الداخلي للمخيم: كالانضباط والالتزام بمواعيد البرنامج والنظام،
• أن يملأ المشترك "طلب الاشتراك" المرفق موقعا منه أو من ولي أمره لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة، على أن يرسل الطلب مرفقا بصورتين شمسيتين ونسخة عن جواز السفر من خلال البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية ، الى المديرية العامة للمغتربين على أرقام الفاكس التالية: 840928-1-(961)و 840924-1-(961) ،
أو عن طريق البريد الالكتروني : director@emigrants.gov.lb

ملاحظة : تعطى الأفضلية لمن لم يشارك في المخيمات السابقة للشباب اللبناني المغترب.

You Must Preserve:
• General cleanness
• Safety and tidiness of buses,
• Tools and equipments,
• Furniture, doors and window glass in the school,
• Water.

You Must Conform To:
• Bedtimes, waking times, and appointed times for meals,
• Departure times from the camp and other locations,
• Instructions of guides and supervisors,
• Specified places for evenings, meals and dormitory,
• Attach the participant card permanently,
• Never smoke inside the buses and buildings,
• Never drink alcohol inside and outside the camp and during the excursions,
• Refrain from disturbing others while sleeping and resting,
• Refrain from exchanging visits between young women building and young men building,
• Never leave the location of the camp,
• Refrain from receiving visitors without the prior permission of the responsible,
• Refrain from using flammable materials inside the camp,
• Refrain from putting on lights in the rooms during sleeping hours.

N.B: Should any problem or incident occur, please refer to the supervisor of the group.

النظام العام للمخيم

المحافظة على :
- النظافة العامة.
- سلامة ونظافة الباصات.
- المعدات والادوات وعدم تلفها.
- سلامة تجهيزات وابواب وزجاج غرف المدرسة.
- استعمال المياه للضرورة وعدم هدرها.

الالتزام بما يلي :
- مواعيد النوم والاستيقاظ والطعام.
- مواعيد الانطلاق من المخيم ومواعيد الصعود الى الباصات اثناء الرحلات.
- تعليمات المشرفين والمرشدين.
- الاماكن المحددة للسهر والطعام والنوم.
- ابراز بطاقة المشترك بشكل دائم.
- عدم التدخين داخل المباني والاوتوبيسات.
- عدم تناول الكحول داخل وخارج المخيم واثناء الرحلات.
- عدم اقلاق راحة الاخرين اثناء اوقات الراحة والنوم.
- عدم تبادل الزيارات بين مباني الشباب والشابات.
- عدم الخروج من مكان المخيم.
- عدم استعمال المواد القابلة للاشتعال داخل حرم المخيم.
- عدم انارة الغرف اثناء النوم.
- استقبال الزائرين في مكان المخيم يتم بإذن مسبق من مسؤول المخيم.

ملاحظة:
- عند أي مشكلة او حادثة ، مراجعة المشرف المباشر على كل مجموعة.

The General Directorate of Emigrants provides all participants with the following.

1- Residence in a school dorms in one of the Lebanese mountain summer resort; where girls stay in a separate building from the boys’ building. Those buildings are equipped with bedrooms, w.c., showers and cleaning means. The school has a variety of sports playgrounds, restaurants, theater and clinic.
2- Administrative group from the General Directorate of Emigrants organizing the whole camp.
3- Employees from the General Directorate of Emigrants meeting the participants at the Beirut International Airport and escorting them to the camp.
4- Police escort during the touristic tours and a perpetual police department inside the camp for the safety of the participants.
5- Medical team composed of doctors from different specialization staying in the camp supported by a team from the Lebanese Red Cross.
6- Professional Tour-Guides to escort the participants during their tours.
7- Personal accident insurance for all the participants inside and outside the camp.
8- Transportation in modern airconditioned comfortable buses during the excursions to visit the Lebanese archeological and natural sites, in addition to the official visits.
9- Breakfast and dinner meals in the camp’s restaurant and lunch meals in the best Lebanese restaurants during the excursions.
10- Entertainment and sports activities supervised by a team of coaches; an official opening ceremony and artistic shows in addition to a final ceremony performed by the participants.

N.B: Available on the participants expenses:
1- Local and international phone, internet, according to the official fee.
2- Laundry to fulfill the participants needs.

معلومات عامة حول المخيم

تتولى المديرية العامة للمغتربين طيلة أيام المخيم تأمين :

- الاقامة في مباني مدرسة داخلية في أحد المصايف اللبنانية ، وتقيم الشابات في مبنى منفصل عن مبنى الشباب ، يتم تجهيز المباني بغرف المنامة والدورات الصحية والدوشات ووسائل التنظيف، والمدرسة مجهزة بالملاعب الرياضية المتنوعة ، مطعم ، مستوصف وقاعة للحفلات.
- جهاز اداري من المديرية العامة للمغتربين ينظم أعمال المخيم.
- يتولى موظفو المديرية العامة للمغتربين استقبال المشاركين في مطار بيروت الدولي عند وصولهم، ونقلهم الى مكان المخيم.
- مواكبة من الأمن الداخلي اثناء الرحلات ومخفر دائم داخل مقر المخيم للسهر على سلامة المشاركين.
- فريق طبي دائم مؤلف من أطباء من كافة الاختصاصات ومسعفين دائمين من الصليب الأحمر اللبناني.
- فريق من الأدلاء السياحيين المتخصصين والذين يتقنون عدة لغات لمرافقة المشاركين في الرحلات.
- عقد تأمين على المشاركين ضد الحوادث الشخصية داخل المخيم وخارجه.
- التنقل في باصات مكيفة طرازها حديث اثناء الرحلات في كافة المحافظات اللبنانية، وزيارة أبرز المعالم الأثرية وأجمل الربوع اللبنانية، اضافة الى الزيارات الرسمية.
- وجبات الفطور والعشاء في مطعم المخيم ووجبات الغداء في أرقى المطاعم اللبنانية اثناء الرحلات.
- النشاطات الترفيهية والرياضية باشراف فريق من المدربين وحفل افتتاح رسمي وعروض فنية، اضافة الى حفل اختتام يحييه المشاركون.

يتوفر على نفقة المشاركين :
- تلفون داخلي وخارجي وانترنت حسب التسعيرة الرسمية.
- مصبغة تلبي حاجة المشاركين.
